Learning objectives
The course will analyze the “fundamental principles” of the form of State and of the form of Government of the Italian Republic; the debate on the constitutional and legislative reforms; the process of European integration and other contemporary constitutional issues.
Prerequisites
n order to have access to the examination it is necessary to have old the examinations of Institutions of private law and Institutions of roman law

Society, law, Constitution, State; European Union; relationships between the State and other sovereign systems; evolution of the forms of State and Government; the sources of law; historical events of the Italian State; general characters of the Italian Constitution and fundamental principles; the organization of the Italian Republic; the people; the Chamber of Deputiesand the Senate of the Republic; the Italian bicameralism and the perspectives of its reform; the election laws; the President of the Republic; the Government; the auxiliary Organs; the Supreme Council of the judicial power; the fundamental functions of the State; the constituent power and the review of the Constitution; the political autonomies; the constitutional freedoms; Regions and other territorial entity, the reform of the State towards the federalism; the new challenges of the constitutionalism:bioethics,sustainable development, environment, climatic changes, intergenerational responsibility

The modality of verification consists in an examination that will concern on constitutional law I and II at the end of the cours of the second year
