Learning objectives
At the end of the course the students will acquire the tools for managing and preserving botanical and historical gardens and parks and monuments in open habitats. Moreover, they will be able of making diagnoses and prognoses on the actions of biodeteriogens on different cultural heritages.

Course unit content
The course provides the basic notions on: 1) principles and methods for the conservation of the cultural heritage of botanical nature; 2) principles and methods for the preservation of different cultural heritages from the biodeterioration induced by vegetable agents.
