Please read the instructions below carefully:

Istruzioni (Instructions) (MOD. A15/3/IND-UM) for humanities courses.
Autorizzazione (Authorisation) (MOD. A50) of the supervisor (in duplicate), filled in every part and legibly, especially as regards the name of the supervisor and any co-rapporteur
N.B. form that can be filled in with Acrobat Reader, downloaded and using the "Fill in and sign" ("Compila e firma")
