Learning objectives

The aim of the course is to supply a basic knowledge of criminal substantial law and in particular of its general part.

Prerequisites

To complete the second year.

Course unit content

During the course will be analyzed the most important principles of criminal rules and the fundamental aspects of the general part, with special reference,among the others, to the legal principle, the harm principle, the "colpevolezza" principle, the "actus reus" and the "mens rea".
During the course, to better understand the consequences of the theoretical principles, will be analyzed some cases.
