Learning objectives

The goal of the course is to provide an in-depth knowledge on web-services and e-commerce technology, with the main aim of enabling students to design and implement systems for e-commerce.

Realizing web services in Java. Web Services security aspects. <br />Introduction to e-commerce. E-commerce reference architectures. Business models. Market and networks. E-commerce frameworks ebXML. ebXML Registry Architecture, ebXML Business Process. Security aspects. Comparison between UDDI and ebXML. E-commerce project.<br />

Teaching methods
