Learning objectives
The aim of this course is to introduce students to the Work and Organizational Psychology as study and intervention field.
Particularly, the aim is to enlarge students’ knowledge about the interaction among people and organization and theoretical approaches about organizational behaviors will be analyzed.
Furthermore, the course has the aim of introducing the consequences of working life and psychosocial risk factors for individuals‘ health and wellbeing.
