Learning objectives
This Course aims to introduce students to geological and geophysical techniques
of Subsurface Geology that reprents today the most important and widely vehicle for
petroleoum exploration.

Teaching methods
The course consists of oral lectures and practical activities mainly concerning the
interpretation of seismic reflection lines.
Assessment methods and criteria
The final grading will be based on oral examination, participation, practicals and
