Course unit content
The course intends to propose a critical reading about the complexity of the educational services of the first and second childhood, as they have outlined in Italy in the course of their evolution, with a look at the leading companies, whether public or private, operating in the area today. From issues such as the planning (of services and/or educational interventions), documentation, organization, management of human resources, we’ll try to focus on the methods of evaluation (self-and hetero) that best describe the quality of an educational service. We’ll also try to define the different terminologies concerning the evaluation and the quality of services (customer, process, quality management) and will be presented several models and tools for quality assessment (certification, accreditation, etc. ..)
